Watch band replacement

6 months ago I posted on this forum saying that the watch bands break after 6 months use. I received good customer service and received a new watch band but here I am 6 months down the track and my watch band is tearing again. It is a good watch it is very disappointing about the poor quality of the band.

The poor band quality is well known and I am sure it part of the reason TT has left the wearables market and is not producing new devices. You can go to the self-service site to order a new band:
