Live Purchase process error

When following link from Tomtom email for Live renewal I get through the whole process until the payment page ... then the site says An unknown error has occured. Please check your information and try again.

as this is prepopulated and all I’ve done is tick the form of payment I cannot change the info .... Tomtom had added it. I di to get as far as the bank so it’s not them ... it’s still on the Tomtom site.

So how can I pay?

I tried emailing and got auto reply that sent me to webpages that don’t exist.

If if I can’t sort this very soon I’m going to google maps!

    What a shame that Tomtom don’t supply help with these problems, but relies on a forum where third parties are left to offer advice.

    It it doesn’t indicate any level of care or customer service. And the number provided above is very well hidden on the website ....

    thry seem to to leave everything down to the customer to sort out because they don’t monitor forums and try to help.
