Spark 3 GPS - swimming metrics

I regularly swim in a pool of 13m length with the watch set to the minimum of 15m.

Am I correct in assuming that the elapsed time, lengths and stroke rate will be recorded accurately and all other metrics will be in error by the ratio of actual pool length to set length?

    Yes, the time and number of lengths and strokes should be correct as they are determined by sensing the turns. The distance and anything related to the length of the pool itself will be incorrect.
