tom tom world map GO 910- Map coverage Costa Rica

Hi,

We travel in a few days to Costa Rica, and like all our travels we use our tomtom Go910 trough out the world. Because we not have a map from Costa Rica we started a search on the website. We found the worldmap that covers "Costa Rica 98%", a bit expensive but it was the only option for our old G910 where we are extreme happy with.

After downloading and updating everything, we wonder in witch part of the world map the 98% of Costa Rica can be found?

Can someone tell us where to find the country Costa Rica on this map?

Hi dhn,

the map you give is not compatibel with a TomTom 910. Only the map https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/sat-nav/maps-services/shop/travel-map/map-of-the-world/ is suited for a GO910. This map contains different submaps. But we arent able to find Costa Rica in any? So the discription of 98% Costa Rica is wrong or we are doing something wrong? We spend alot of mony for this in trust of the discription.

I contacted them and they had bad news. People with a GO910 who want a map of Costa Rica, do not buy the world map.
There is no map from Costa Rica for this device. Apparently, Costa Rica, Iceland and Vietnam can not be installed on a GO910?
They would better include this in their description? Since we regularly update our most frequently used maps, this was a totally sensible purchase.
I sincerely hope that there will be compensation from them for the useles spent 135 euros?
