Sports Connect on a Windows computer

I’v dowloaded My Sports Connect on my Windows computer. I cannot finish it, because I need to registrate my product (Adventurer watch), but when a form appears, it locks. The cursor is not working. So, I cannot save my workouts etc, get updates..
I sent an e-mail to TomTom, but till now, no reaction.
what about this problem.
Does My Sports Connect, have problems with Windows .
I am considering to bring my watch back to the resaler.
Not only, No Bluetooth with my IPhone , but now also No Connection with my Windows computer?
anyone familiair with this problem?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
