Hey there,
I have a TomTom Runner 2 Cardio + Music and I do enjoy it. However, my battery is dying pretty fast. I can only have a one hour run and an idle of 1.5/2 days before I need to recharge. About 6 months ago I could run 3 times in a week and having it idled without any problems. I only have my steph counter on, all other monitoring objects are disabled and backlight is also disabled. Did a factory reset, but that didn’t seem to help.
What at can I do?

If you search the forums you will find this is a known issue for some users with the new update. They are reportedly working on a fix, but no timeline has been communicated. In the meanwhile you always have the option of syncing via computer. If you go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version it should fix it, although you will lose the Fitness Points and Fit age features:

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.0 -
I don't sync using my phone. I also see there's a new product release that released a few days ago.

I can't see this in my TomTom MySports desktop program, will it fix the battery drain? How can I manually let the app search for updates?0 -
