today i buy a new map
i update and install but in the end some mistakes erros
after that i ha ve no more the map to install again
whath can i do?

If the serial number of your GO 730 starts with "J3" then I am afraid that TomTom have declared that device "End of Life" (EoL) and therefore there will be no more updates, check here https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22600
Contact Customer Services, but do not say which device you have until you are talking to a real person, if it is EoL then claim a refund, otherwise they can help you get your map on your device.

thanks, but the download was to the tom tom memory card, and after the errors i can acess the card , i try it with card recover and nothing let me use the card, tomorrow i call cs tomorrow
