Unable to update my SD Card on a Mac

I have purchased an update package on TomTom and wish to update my SD Card on my Mac? This I cant seem to be able to do, anybody have any answers??

    Unfortunately only material purchased from Renault will work on your R-Link see https://www.renault-multimedia.com/gbr_EN

    You had better contact TomTom Customer Services and seek a refund

    I was only going by what you said you had in your personal settings under 'My TomTom navigation product'

    As it is a Carminat, suggest that you contact Customer Services tomorrow for further help
