Guarantee for Mexico customers?

I've purchased a spark 3 but after 4 months of use, it's stoped and doesn't work any more. I've tried to contact tom tom representative at Mexico, but nobody answer, so, what should I do about your product? drop it as garbage?, what about my money?

    yes, i got only a recorded message from an answer machine, once i choosed opción for sport watches, music started to play and that's it, no one aswerd the phone.
