I have a tomtom watch and the app on my phone, of course, but since yesterday that I don't find him!! Is there any way to find him??

    There is no way to locate the watch as it does not transmit a signal of any kind. if someone finds it and thinks to call TomTom they can look you up by the serial number, but that is about your only hope.
