speed cameras update, bought and payed for it but in my account it says "" in Progress""

I purchased an update for speed camera`s I bought it yesterday and in my account it says "in progress" but I alreeady payed for it and I have a cofirmation mail. Why can`t I download it..I have to go for a long trip and need the update that I have bought
