hi, I'm asking for your help to update my TomTom ONE IQ Routes, 2GB, TomTom HOME.
Mydrive software - correctly installed on my computer - does not see it and I do not know how to proceed.

You need Home with that device, not MyDriveConnect BUT I think that model may be considered End of Life by Tomtom. check here:
