live services update

Hi. I have just updated my live services onto my satnav. Email received saying payment accepted with a order number. Ten minutes later I have received another email saying I have 5 days to pay. I cannot find a contact number anywhere to speak to someone at tom-tom to sort it out. Any help appreciated.
