    I reviewed your account, I don't see any subscriptions you have ordered recently. Also, I don't find a device which is linked.

    Did you use a different account to order the service other than the one for this forum?

    I would suggest you contact customer service with the order number and the serial number of your device. I think will be in a better position to help you.
