Just upgraded and find no voice instructions when in use. Worked fine before the upgrade. Got seriously lost last week as struggled to watch screen. Rely on voice instruction. Enabled in settings and volume on phone. Any suggestions ..?

With regards to the voice problem, I would want to know if you have computer voice selected, eg- Serena?
If not, then could you select a computer voice, plan a route and test this again.

Thanks. Yes I selected Selena first time round but have de-selected then re- selected since. Tried new route today - still no voice. Very frustrating ?thanks for your help with this.
