A Green-Grey Bar

I've noticed that, with this new Forum Layout, that some Posters have a Green/Grey Bar underneath the Logo for their Username!

Just what does it mean??

    Yes, I had a suspicion that it might be that!! However, it seems a bit pointless if it is not obvious!!

    It the "old" forum the partly filled bar was instead a partly filled heart. But after "filling" about 2/3's of the way it seems to stop. Even moderators who have solved hundreds of issues and written thousands of posts have the same partly filled heart/bar.
