Help needed with updating my TomTom Start Classic | No connection with MyDrive Connect

I downloaded the lastest version of mydriveconnect. My TomTom Start classic is connected tot the computer by its Original usb cable but if I log in to my drive connect and I try to add a new device it doesn't recognize my device. Can someone help me? I already reset my device and restarted the computer again.
