TomTom Runner (right out of box) Can't Find GPS

Hi all, I have a TomTom Runner, and have been using it without issue for a couple of months. I liked it so much, that I bought a new one for my wife this week.

The new TomTom Runner, despite following all of the instructions has never been able to find a satellite. Before I send it back as defective, I was wondering if there was something that I haven't thought of. Based on previous forums, I have tried the following:

a) Reset the watch back to factory settings;
b) Updated the QuickGPS fix multiple times;
c) Allowed it over 30 minutes sitting with the 4-button faced upwards in a clear area outside without getting a single bar on the satellite indicator. It stayed in the "please wait" for a while.

Thank you, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    As you've already tried the troubleshooting steps, I would advise you to contact the Customer support and they'll be able to help you further in this.
