Bluetooth Connection Dropping Not Allowing Connection or Sync

Hi All,

Hope you can help. I have a Spark Cardio + Music sports watch which I rate highly.

Since I have upgraded to software version 1.7.53 the Bluetooth connection is not stable and drops out sometimes during sync to my iPhone but more often than not does not even start syncing.

There is no issue with the phone, App up to date and the Bluetooth is stable for other connections, speakers, FitBit and Apple Watch.

Have unpaired the watch and paired it again, which took the best part of a day due to the connection issues.

Would be good to hear if anyone has had the same issue and if they have managed to resolve the issue.
