Spark not Syncing with iPhone

My Brand new Spark + Music is not syncing with my iPhone 7 Plus.
Frist setup, registered with TomTom site, nothing it will not sync, im able to locate the Device and enter the PIN after that it goes back to previous screen.
I reset the Watch just to retry the whole enrollment again, same issue.
iPhone is running iOS 11.0.3

    Welcome to the Community!

    We have the software version 1.7.60 with the old Bluetooth stack which is a workaround for the users suffering from the pairing issue. You can connect your watch and the software with the old Bluetooth stack (v1.7.60) will be offered in Sports Connect to download.

    Please note that the battery life of the watch will be impacted by this software version if you are using the phone notifications feature.
