Average pace on Spark 3

how do i get my tomtom3 spark to display average pace for
a) an interval, like a 400 or 800
b) each individual mile during a run
I see the average pace while running, but that seems to be for the entire run, not an individual mile
Also - can I get the watch to make an alert at a predetermined interval (ie. each mile)

    The answer to the first question is you cannot, it does not show interval pace not space for an individual mile. You can get it to alert you at a predetermined interval by turning on Splits if you want every mile or km or using laps mode if you want it at a predetermined interval (but you cannot use another training mode in conjunction with this).
