Following an update I get a panel open that asks me if I want to activate TOM TOM Business solutions. When I press NO the screen returns to the navigation page. When I then try to input a new route the Business solutions pops up again and so on and so on.
I have tried resetting the device but that doesn't appear to do anything. Any ideas

Any chance you are using the same email address used for a device that was associated with a Tomtom fleet product? Anyway, make the call......
