Sports Connect failing to load on PC

Downloaded software on my PC and Laptop (Both running Windows 10)
When plugging the Spark 3 into the laptop, it automatically opens 'Connect' and all is well
On the PC when doing the same, error messages come up -
We Couldn't find your TomTom account info
Sign in to open your account

When I try and sign in, the following error message comes up

Waiting for you to complete device registration on the TomTom Sports web ste

Both of these actions have been done and I have deleted the program and reloaded it numerous times

The same thing happens when using either Firefox or Chrome browsers

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
