Warranty button on website is not working?

Has anyone else share the experience that the warranty button on the TomTom Website is not working, you can't email them and if you call them you have to wait for over 20 minutes before you get to speak someone? How can you Claim for warranty at this company?

    Please contact directly to admins or service centre, I think Tomtom has bugs recently...
