Syncing Issue with Sports App

I am not able to sync my latest activity with the tomtom mysports app, all previous activities were synced well, but for the latest activity it has synced only the summary, not detailed split timings, unfortunately this was my personal best, that's why taking the pain to follow this up. Please let me know what can be done?

    If the activity is on the app it has been uploaded, there is nothing else to do, it doesn't do partial uploads, it is there or it is not. Are you sure you had splits turned on? It is a user setting by pressing down from the activity start screen and choosing Splits. I hope this helped answer your question.     I got help from other posts related ttbin file. The lost ttbin file was in "failed" folder in my phone, instead of "uploads".
    1) transferring ttbin file from phone to mac, copying it to specific folder and
    2) clicking "try again" button on tomtom sports connect app on mac.
    It worked.
