Switched watch, can't find activities

Hi, I retired my TomTom Runner this summer, and switched to Runner 2, but so far haven't been able to export activities from the new watch. When I connect it to the computer nothing happens, and it won't sync to the phone app either. Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks

    Welcome to the Community & sorry about my late reply!

    Are you still facing this issue? I can't see your Runner 2 watch linked with the email address to which your earlier watch is associated.

    I would suggest you to make a factory reset on your watch and connect it to your PC to link the watch to your email address. Let us know how it goes and ignore if you already sorted this one out!
