Unable to set up Spark

I have been unable to set up new Spark. Using TomTom connect it gets to the registering device screen then freezes (pic attached), I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling connect with no progress. I have also tried setting up with I phone 7 but phone not syncing?

Any tips.

    I have now been able to set up device - the way I achieved this was to uninstall tomtom connect then ensure i had latest version of Firefox. i then went through same set up process using firefox withou issue - I wonder if it was an internet explorer problem?

    Now I just need to get firmware rolled back so I can sync with blue tooth to iphone
