Runner 3 - Can't start pairing on watch

I have a TomTom Runner 3 Cardio. I can't start pairing on watch, no matter the state of the phone (off, on with TomTom app closed, app open and waiting for watch).
I go to Phone -> Pair New and then press right to start the app, then the watch automatically goes right, shows a random PIN and returns to the main Options, with About, ... Phone,.... This happens in 1 second or less. It's very weird, seems the BlueTooth is broken or something...

I already connected the watch to my PC and reset it, tried it and gave the same result. After a bit, I also did a factory reset (the one in which you connect the cable to the watch, press right - or down, or something like that, don't remember now - until it says reset) and the same happens.

Could the clock be broken, like Bluetooth or something?
Any ideas?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
