I could not believe how many cracks I got in the band to the watch in the first nine months I owned it. I am going to end up throwing it out because now the charger is broken and I can no longer charge the watch. In addition, I noticed that the gym feature no longer works. I have owned the watch for a little over a year and was really surprised how fragile the product is. I ran with it and swam with it. That is all but it could not hold up.

    Have you called Customer Support? Since you are just over the warranty and have had so many issues they may still honor it and replace the band and charger. As to the gym mode not working, how is it not working? It is odd that just one sports mode would not work. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
