Warranty TomTom Multisport Cardio
I am from México City, I have a watch Tomtom Mult Sport Cardio.
My watch fail and I have been tryaing to apply the warranty by the TomTom Support Team, they start to help by email, they asked me for my address and personal information in order to proceed to reapir/change of my wacht. I send all the information about me and my watch but until today (4 weeks) I have no answer from them. My case number is: 1710xx-xxxxxx.
I want to know if Tom Tom really will help me to replace my watch or what I need to do to apply the warranty.
I hope someone can help me.
