Can’t login to live services via megane in built sat nav

I recently updated my sd card with the lastest map update and subscribed to a years live services, but I can’t get the sat nav to login in as it either tells me there’s a problem with the live server or I have entered invalid user name/password which I have checked thoroughly but no luck

Can anyone help me please as I don’t want to feel that I have wasted £80+ on something that’s not working?

    When was an active LIVE subscription last time enabled on the SIM? They started to de-activate a handful of SIM cards, that were not in use for over 2 years.

    Welcome to the community:)

    I reviewed your account and I see the services are active on the device. You don't have to log in, for the services to work.

    I would suggest you do a factory reset and test it again.

    Should that not help then please contact customer service for assistance.
