Watch is not affected by Sports Connect - cant do anything!

I connect oops, my watch to my PC - sports connect opens up and says " connected" from there I cannot do anything - it comes up with an error saying "oops, something went wrong"

I cant even turn the watch off

I have been trying to factory reset my watch but can't - have tried pushing and holding down and then connecting (supposedly shows tomtom/reset on screen of watch) but absolutely nothing happens.


Watch is runner cardio -using windows 10 and the only download available for sports connect .

what do I need to do here?

    At this point I would suggest calling Customer Support to see what they can do. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    I don't get the phone us option - just "contact customer care" click that and nothing happens - beginning to think TOMTOM products are a waste of time and money.
