I'll only see a serial number in settings on the watch
I can't find it on https://mysports.tomtom.com/app/latest/ (or I'm overlooking)
There is no page over teh connected product.
How or where can I'll find the information ?

Enter the first two characters of the serial number, starting with "H", here https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9508/locale/en_GB0 -
Niall unfortunatly there's no serial number starting with H in that link. It goes from G to I. Apparently it's not for watches. I need to buy a new strap and wanted to make sure it fits my watch. But it seems impossible to find out the model, even knowing fcc id and serial number and having the user guide . I know it's Cardio+Music, but I don't know if it's 1 or 2... I'm not even sure if it's Runner or Spark 'cause it's very confusing - they seem very similar0

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.0 -
Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but thought this might help someone.
@tfarabaugh states that all units are identical, but this isn't quite right. The Spark 3 has a hardware compass (which enables the route exploration feature). This isn't present on the earlier devices. You can tell if you have a Spark 3 by going to Sensors in the settings - if you see a setting for Compass you have a Spark 3, if not, you have a Spark 1 or 2.
However, all units use the same firmware.0 -

I was referring to the body of the watch in reference to straps, not the feature set or software. Obviously, multiple models over several years are not identical, otherwise there would be no need to number them. And you are incorrect the firmware is different on all of them as that is what determines the feature set they have.5 -
I'm having trouble trying to source a new strap for my Runner Cardio.
It seems that any bar the early ones will fit, but I can't get anyone to 100% confirm it.
Here's the watch and if anyone can tell me what Series it is I'd very much appreciate it.
T.I.A.
FWIW - I'm looking at THIS strap as a possible replacement if it will fit OK.

Your link does not work but only a strap for an original Runner (not a Spark or runner 2 will work). This model has been out of production for many years and TT Sports has been out of business for over 2 so finding a replacement strap may not be possible.0 -

Thanks for the quick reply, sorry about the link, think the seller has ended that listing.
As long as I know it's a series 1 then it's fine I can source a strap knowing that 👍0
