I'll only see a serial number in settings on the watch
I can't find it on https://mysports.tomtom.com/app/latest/ (or I'm overlooking)
There is no page over teh connected product.
How or where can I'll find the information ?

Enter the first two characters of the serial number, starting with "H", here https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9508/locale/en_GB

Niall unfortunatly there's no serial number starting with H in that link. It goes from G to I. Apparently it's not for watches. I need to buy a new strap and wanted to make sure it fits my watch. But it seems impossible to find out the model, even knowing fcc id and serial number and having the user guide . I know it's Cardio+Music, but I don't know if it's 1 or 2... I'm not even sure if it's Runner or Spark 'cause it's very confusing - they seem very similar

All units in the Spark/Runner lineup (Spark, Spark 3, Runner2, Runner3 and Adventurer) are identical and all the straps are interchangeable. The only straps that will not fit are the ones for the original Runner1 and MultiSport (if it has music it is not a Runenr1 or MultiSport).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but thought this might help someone.

@tfarabaugh states that all units are identical, but this isn't quite right. The Spark 3 has a hardware compass (which enables the route exploration feature). This isn't present on the earlier devices. You can tell if you have a Spark 3 by going to Sensors in the settings - if you see a setting for Compass you have a Spark 3, if not, you have a Spark 1 or 2.

However, all units use the same firmware.
