Upgrading my broken TomTom

This is embarrassing. I had my 1435TM for a long time. The battery failed me once and I replaced it. The TomTom worked again for quite some time. Then the battery (I thought) failed me again. I replaced it, but alas, it didn't come back to life. I tossed the unit with the intent of buying a new unit. Looking at the forum, I see sometimes TomTom offers incentives to previous customers. While I have an account with TomTom, I no longer have the unit. I regret I may have missed out on a discount. Since I didn't know how to directly contact TomTom, I thought I'd post this on the forum if anyone knows of any discounts.

    Contact Customer Services to see what loyalty bonus they will offer, then compare that with other online sellers :)
