Can't set up my Runner 3

I cannot get my Runner 3 to move past
The set up screen. I have paired it and can see it in the app but the watch still says I need to sign in and complete the set up on the app.

    Plug it into a computer to register it, I am not sure it can fully be done through the app. You need to go to to download the Connect software and when you plug in the computer it will prompt you to register the watch.
