Can't set up my Runner 3

I cannot get my Runner 3 to move past
The set up screen. I have paired it and can see it in the app but the watch still says I need to sign in and complete the set up on the app.
Plug it into a computer to register it, I am not sure it can fully be done through the app. You need to go to tomtom.com/123 to download the Connect software and when you plug in the computer it will prompt you to register the watch.
