Hard drive crashed, trouble automatically resyncing the Spark

My hard drive crashed and I've installed a new one. Now when I plug my watch into my computer and it opens and I get past history, but it doesn't fully sync my watch with my computer. It doesn't add in the runs that occurred after the computer was fixed. How do I get it to sync automatically again? I'm afraid to try anything, afraid that I'll lose all my history. Thank you!

Did you try removing/re installing the TomTom Sports connect program from the PC and then re-install and log back into your account?0
