Mislead over download - Refund?

I have just downloaded the Western Europe Bundled Product. Only after I downloaded it - and paid! - did the application tell me that there was insufficient space on my device to install it. I was given the option to install 1 of 3 sections of the bundle instead.

Once installed and tested I have found that the [UK] maps are not up to date (at least 2 years out of date with regard to local speed limits). The whole point of downloading this bundle was to update what I had and that clearly hasn't been the case. Also I have paid for information that I can't use.

How do I get a refund?
