Sync mydrive not working on Rider 450
Does anyone know a fix. I am starting the PC attaching the TomTom via cable. The TomTom tells me it is connect to my computer and asks me if I want to import routes. If I click yes I then get a message to use your computers file browser to copy routes into the device.
If I open my drive connect and import routes and then open the route and open the "Smartest route planner" Double click on a route activeate the sync this route with my device. Nothing happens. When I log out of mydrive connect and turn off the TomTom and log back in nothing happens. Why is this so difficult??? What happened to a button that just says send to your device, would that be so hard. ??????? I am soooooo frustrated right now
