TomTom navigator in grand scenic Renault car

hi , i have bought a grand scenic Renault car, the tomtom is starting only with radio and refuse to accept " i agree" on the legal screen, I tried to reset it by removal of the card and reinsert but it gave the same,,, when i saw the car 10 days ago it was working with the car switch and working with no legal screen . now it is not working at all...
should i have the remote controller for my tomtom ??

    First thing contact the seller to demonstrate the satnav (what have they done to disable the working system?), after that seek assistance from Customer Services as to the status of the various subscriptions that should have been transferred to you.
