Help with TomTom Spark 3

Hello my name is Jose Angel, thank you and greetings to all in advance. I bought a Tom Tom Spark3 I use it three or four times a week and it has always worked well, but the last time I used it in indoor cycling myself appears on the "Searching" screen, which does not disappear throughout the training, not recording the training information. What can happen, can someone help me?

    It is searching for a bike sensor. Go to Settings>Sensors>Bike and make sure it is set to Off. I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
