Runner cardio - NO VALUES FOR DISTANCE OR PACE — TomTom Community

I have a Tom Tom Runner Cardio and since 2 days a go it doesn't show any values for distance and pace, but when it is then plugged in to sports connect the map of the run appears but no values for distance or the pace info. I already tryied a factory reset but still the problem happens. Can anybody help? because it is out of warranty.

    If a factory reset didn't fix it, then it may be a hardware issue. Try calling Customer Support and see if they have a solution. To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
