So I managed to break the glass on my watch , contacted tomtom who said they would repair for free up to this point the customer care was fantastic quick replies etc.
So sent watch with ups , there system says it's arrived at tomtom , so emailed tomtom to check , it's now been over three weeks I have sent several emails , no one has even replied even to say they have recieved it , absolutely disgusting service , I am not a once a week runner , I train 6 days a week for marathons triathlons etc. I have lost all faith in tomtom now , just want my property back and will look in to reporting this to the relevant authorities as in my eyes my watch has been stolen , I know that sounds harsh but THREE WEEKS and not a reply

Did you try taking a direct approach and actually picking up a phone and calling them or do you keep sending email out into the void, hoping someone will read them? To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.

    Welcome to the Community!

Can you please PM me the incident number of your contact to the Support? I'll send a heads up to the team.
