Spark Cardio & iPhone 7

I ve just brought a spark cardio and when I try to connect it to my iPhone 7 the watch briefly shows a PIN number to enter into the phone but then the watch moves back to the settings menu before I can enter it into the phone and then it desert connect?

    As this is an English language forum, it would be helpful if you translated your question before posting it, it will likely get you a more timely and accurate response. You seem to be asking about phone notifications. Be aware, All you will get for notifications are those from the native phone and text apps, not third party apps (like Facebook messenger or What's App). And all you get is single notification alert on a single screen, you cannot scroll through to recall missed ones or interact with it in any way. It essentially just telling you to look at your phone.

    I would try a factory reset and see if that fixes it. If not, call Customer Support. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

    To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
