GO 5200 shows advertising video

If I am not following a route my new GO 5200 starts to run a video "Welcome to priority Driving". It goes away if I touch the screen but that isn't always safe to do. How do I get rid of this advert please?

    And what I should also have said was that the video runs again every 5 minutes after touching the screen to stop it.

    Welcome to the community:)

    Could you try some of the steps mentions below:

    #Make sure to have a valid GPS signal on your GO 5200
    #Plug the device in the car charger (not a USB port in the car)
    #Plan a route and start driving
    #While following the route, drive over 40 km/h for more than 10 seconds

    This should automatically remove the advertisement or the demo mode on the device.
