running distance alert on the RUNNER 3

How can you get a distance alert (eg vibration at each km) on a Runner 3?

    You can either use splits, which are given every km or mile by pressing down from the activity start screen and selecting Splits>On or set your own distance to be alerted at by selecting Training>Laps and setting the desired distance. It will buzz to alert you and give you the time it took to complete the lap.
