Hello,
I recently purchased a Rider 450. When I try to update the device, it says there are 5 updates. I plug in the Rider 450 and it will connect to my computer and start updating. Once the device restarts itself, it disconnects and never finishes the updates. I can unplug the USB cable and plug it back in to the Rider 450 and sometimes it will not connect, sometimes it does. When it does connect, it says it is updating, then restarts, and won't reconnect...the cycle starts all over again. This has happened for 2 days straight without successfully updating the device. I have tried on my iMac and my MacBook Pro (both running Sierra), I have used the USB cable supplied with the Rider as well as 3 other USB cables. NOTHING seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to update this €499 paper weight?

Thank you for the reply. I have Apple computers, not Windows based PCs. So, unfortunately, that post doesn't apply.0 -
I’m not sure what’s going on without more info... Please tell us more details, like your actions step by step, as well any result (behavior, error messages, etc).
Be sure you’ve the latest version of MyDrive Connect & there is nothing that can block or affect the internet connection, like antivirus or firewall software (like little snitch...)
A drum roll reset may also help.
If you’ve the option, try to install one update the time...0
