Watch will not pair with my Samsung - it did before watch update.

my watch will not pair with my Samsung - it did before watch update. Is it a software problem - the watch finds the phone and issues a pairing code - the phone TomTommysport app just carries on trying to pair, it never launches a pairing code screen - eventually the code on the watch times out.

Anyone else getting this issue?

    Software problem - yes most definitely. I am on android v6.0 and had same issues. Contacted support team via email and eventually they rolled back the software via factory reset to my previous working version of software which for me was 1.3.255. Neither 1.6.xx or 1.7.53 would work on watch with my phone.
