REFUND THE MONEY PAID FOR A MAP

I have the TOMTOM ONE XL
Some weeks ago, I bought a new map but when I tried to download it to my device it did not work. The error message said that TOMTOM ONE XL has not more software updates. So I bought a map, but I can use it. Is there any possibility to refund the money paid for the map?
