My device will not connect to computer tried downloading app to another computer but TomTom does not show up in mac network options so no way of connecting I am going on holiday on Sunday so thanks for nothing please refund my European maps your useless piece of software means it is not available to me And your website does not allow me to email you so your forum is now the easiest way to ask for a refund
