Tacx Booster Turbo Trainer with Runner 3

I've just got a Tacx Booster Turbo Trainer, I want to use my Runner 3 but when i go onto the activity screen and goto indoor the picture of the cycle comes up but please wait comes up but it doesn't pick the sat up. I've tried the treadmill and it comes up straight away. Has anyone else had this problem and how do i fix it?

    The watch is not compatible with trainers, it will only sync with dual speed and cadence sensors, not trainers or power meters. If it was compatible you would need to go to the Settings menu under Sensors>Bike and turn it on. I imagine this is not what you were hoping to hear but let me know if this answered your question.
